I should be productive ...

Can creativity, in itself, be called productive? I'm sure there's SOMEONE famous out there that's said something about something being productive about creativity. Or art. But there's probably nothing about the human attraction to automated pixels. Which is depressing. Because who knows!? Maybe there IS something productive about this undeniable attraction I hold for this blank screen? Actually ... it's not blank. There's an amazon tab, a "how to jump start your car" tab, a tudou tab, and ... a blogger tab. And that's for one thing. Then there's my itunes, my skype, and my other THREE documents (the actual productive stuff). So the big question for today is, how productive to computers actually make us?
Sure, with the internet, I can do research like semi-instantaneously, BUT I seriously can get distracted like ... semi-instantaneously. And with my DOCTOR APPROVED add, this whole computer thing is a liability to my education.
And yet there's this voice in my head that's screaming, note SCREAMING, at me that "YOUR COMPUTER (with internet access) IS NOT A LIABILITY".
So the debate continues, in my head (does this make me crazy?), as the other voice in my head (the wise ... slightly motherly one) says "do your homework, you wake up at 4:00 a.m. tomorrow". Bless her.
